60ml Aviation American Gin
60ml Pineapple juice
20ml Cherry Heering
20ml Lime juice
10ml Cointreau
10ml Bénédictine
10ml Grenadine
Dash of Angostura bitters

Method

Shake all liquid ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple leaf.
