Ingredients

150g of sugar

150g of butter. Room temperature. Don't heat

Seeds from half a vanilla rod

3 large eggs

150g of flour

2 tsp of baking powder

125g of rasbeerry (not completely defrosted)

100g of white chokolate in medium sized granules

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Mix together sugar, butter and vanilla corns
  3. Mix in eggs, one at the time. Make sure the dough is well mixed after putting in each egg
  4. Add flour and baking powder
  5. Gently add (turn in) berries and chokolate
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
