Ingredients
150g of sugar
150g of butter. Room temperature. Don't heat
Seeds from half a vanilla rod
3 large eggs
150g of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
125g of rasbeerry (not completely defrosted)
100g of white chokolate in medium sized granules
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Mix together sugar, butter and vanilla corns
- Mix in eggs, one at the time. Make sure the dough is well mixed after putting in each egg
- Add flour and baking powder
- Gently add (turn in) berries and chokolate
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
