Ingredients

3-400g sausage, quarted. Cut into 5cm pieces
2-3 bell peppers, slized into 3 cm pieces
4 mid sized onions, halfed then slized
3 mid sized minced garlic cloves
2 (1) tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Turmic
1/2 tsp Chili
1/2 tsp Cumin

2 tbsp Hoisin
1 tbsp Teriyaki

2 (1) tbsp Lime
1 (1/2) tbsp Lemon
2 dL boiling water

Method

  1. Fry sausages slightly in a frying pan
  2. Fry onions and peppers with some margarine together in a saucebin
  3. Add the sugar and fry until slightly caramelised
  4. Add spices and fry shortly.
  5. Add hoison sauce and fry until slightly caramelised
  6. Add Teriyaki, Lime and Lemon juice. Fry slightly
  7. Add water and boil while stirring.
  8. Salt to taste
