Ingredients
3-400g sausage, quarted. Cut into 5cm pieces
2-3 bell peppers, slized into 3 cm pieces
4 mid sized onions, halfed then slized
3 mid sized minced garlic cloves
2 (1) tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Turmic
1/2 tsp Chili
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Hoisin
1 tbsp Teriyaki
2 (1) tbsp Lime
1 (1/2) tbsp Lemon
2 dL boiling water
Method
- Fry sausages slightly in a frying pan
- Fry onions and peppers with some margarine together in a saucebin
- Add the sugar and fry until slightly caramelised
- Add spices and fry shortly.
- Add hoison sauce and fry until slightly caramelised
- Add Teriyaki, Lime and Lemon juice. Fry slightly
- Add water and boil while stirring.
- Salt to taste
