1 ds / 400g condensed milk
250g oatmeal
75g grated coconut og coconut flour
100g dried cranberries
125g mixed seeds (pumbkin, sunflower, sesame)
125g of unsalted peanuts
1. Pre-heat the oven to 130C.
2. Dress a ovenproof dish, 23x 33x 4cm
3. Heat the condensed milk in a large saucebin
4. Mix all the other ingredients in another large saucebin while the milk heats
5. Pour the hot milk over the other ingredients and mix well
6. Pour the mix into the oven proof dish and flatten with a doughscraber, so that the top is even
7. Bake for 1 hour. Leave to rest for 15 minutes and then cut into 16 pieces
