2 onion, slized
4 cloves garlic, peeled, sliced
1/2 Chili (4-500K Scoville)
1 kg of meat
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp ground turmeric
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 heaped tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 - 1,5 tbsp og Garam Masala
2 tbsp melted butter / ghee
20cl Lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic over a low to medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or until softened.
2. Add the chicken pieces, chilli and turmeric and fry for 5 minutes
3. Stir the tomatoes, ginger, cumin and coriander into the pan, then reduce the heat until the mixture is just simmering. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes
4. Stir in the butter and remaining spices. Add the lemon juice and salt, to taste (if necessary)
5. Garnish with the chopped coriander
