3 large Oonions
3 large Cloves of Garlic
4 tins of chopped Tomatos
1 large tin of Tomato Pure
1 tbsp of Ginger
2 tbsp of Turmec
2 tbsp of Coriander
2 tbsp of Cumin
6 tsp of salt
1-1,5 Chili
1 kg of Potatos
1 bag of watered Chic peas
1,5 tbsp of Sugar (?)
1 tbsp of Lime juice (?)
100g of Butter
4 tbsp of Garam Masala
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and chili over a low heat until softened.
- Add Turmeric, ginger, cumin and coriander - fry briefly
- Stir in the tomatoes, water and tomato pure - bring to boil
- Add watered chic peas. Boild for 30 minutes
- Put in potatoes - boil for 30 mins
- Add Garam Masala, sugar and lime juice. Boil for 5 mins
- Stir in the butter. Boil for a few minutes
