2 ground onions
3 tbsp Parsley Mix
4g of fresh "Løvstikke"
1 tbsp Ground white pepper
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp of Nutmeg
3 tsp Rosmary OR 1 tsp of Cumin
