450g of OREO Chocolate Creme Cookies (36 pieces)
125g of melted butter
1kg of softened PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1 dL sugar
2 vanilla rods
2,5 dL Sour Cream
4 eggs
100g melted Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1) Divide and take cream out of Oreos. Save filling in a bowl. Set aside 3-4 cookies for sprinkling
2) Crush Oreo cookie bisquites and mix with butter. Press the mix into a 13x9 dish pan
3) Beat Cream cheese, Sugar, Oreo filling and Vanilla with a mixer until blended
4) Add Sour cream and mix well
5) Add eggs one at the time, making sure each eggs is blended in before adding the next
6) Pour half of mix over base
7) Stir melted chokolate into remaining half
8) Pour remaining half on top and sprinkle with cookies from step 1
Bake at 200 for 45 mins until almost baked in the middle. Leave to cool down and then in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
