Ingredients:

Base:

200 g margarine
125 g brown sugar
250 g flour

Filling:

4 eggs
100 g chopped almonds
250 g brown sugar
2 tsk. vaniliesukker
½ tsk. salt
2 spsk. flour
½ tsk. baking powder
150 g coconut flour
 

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C
  2. Mix the ingredients for the base and put into a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes
  3. Whip together eggs and sugar, until airy. Turn in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour mix unto base and bake for 20-25 minutes
