6 Egg Yolks

4 tbsp cocoa

250g of good chocolate

100g soft nougat

200g of butter

4 tbsp Nutella

3 tbsp Honey

180g Sugar

½ cup of flour

 

Melt the chocolate, nougat, nutella and butter. Be careful to avoid getting steam into the mix as this will create lumps.

 Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and the cocoa. Make sure the mix doesn’t get to fluffy.

 Mix the chocolate melt with the sugar mix. Whip this mix til it’s totally mixed and then add the flour.

 Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Then cover with tin foil and store in the fridge. Eat cold.
