2.5 Parts Kahlúa
1 Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 Part Simple Syrup
1 Part Egg White

Method

Pour Kahlúa, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker. Shake for ten seconds. Then add a big scoop of ice and shake again. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. For a fancy version, serve it in a martini glass. As you know, all good relationships require some work.
