Yorkshire puddings

Ingredients

200g of flour
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Little milk

Method

Mix flour, salt and eggs with eletric whisk
Add milk until right consistency
Pour oil into bottom of wholes of ovendish. App. 1 tbsp per hole
Pour in batter
Bake at 180 for 20-30 minutes. Open and whaft oven door every 5 minutes to help puddings rise
