1.5 oz Domecq Manzanilla Sherry
.75 oz Mathilde Pear Liqueur
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: Cocktail

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
