(Tested 02-08-2020 - sauce divided into 2x8L bags with ribs in 1 layer - might have made for 3, but decided to test with only 2)

  • (3 pounds baby back pork ribs ?)
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup fish sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dried ginger
  • 10 crushed kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped lemongrass (left out)

Boil ingreditents until all dried ingredients dissolved + lime leaves are softened

1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 (?) cup fish sauce
2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dried ginger
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup Teriyaki
