3-4 Onions

4 Garlic Cloves

2 tsp of GInger

half a tsp of Piri-Piri

2 large peppers (yellow / red)

3 pieces of chicken

1 Tin pineapple pieces

1 Tin of baby sweetcorn, chopped in 1-1,5cm pieces

1 Small tin of bamboo shots

1 tbsp of Hoisin sauce

2 tbsp of dark soy sauce

2 tsp of sugar

1 tbsp of Lime juice

Method

  1. Slize garlic and heat in the oil of a wok
  2. Fry onion in wok
  3. Add Chili and ginger
  4. Fry sugar and juice from pineapple to caramelise
  5. Fry Chicken until slightly cooked
  6. Add sweetcorn and cook for a bit
  7. Add peppers, bamboo shots, Hoisin and Soy sauce, Lime juice
